Thermoplastic rubbers, namely thermoplastic vulcanized (TPV) compounds produced by reactive extrusion of PP / PER / EPDM.
They are available in a hardness wide range (45 to 87 Shore A up to 50 Shore D) for injection moulding, cables and profiles extrusion.
Oil resistant grades, grades certified suitable for direct contact with food (FDA approved) and grades suitable for over-moulding on polymers such as technical polyamides and ABS, are ready for use.
EPIGUM are employed in various sectors, including seals for doors, windows and domestic appliances, automotive industry (cables and interiors), soft-touch handles of instruments and tools. |
