Thermoplastic compounds, high fire power, low-toxic fumes, free from heavy metals and halogens used as fillers in multipolar cables and composite aluminium / filler / aluminium panels for building applications (for fire class B1 sandwiches according to DIN 4102).
Available in a wide range of specific weights and fire levels ,they can be easily processed (and re-processed being recyclable) by means of single screw extruders equipped with screws for polyethylene and low compression screws (such as for rubber screws). |
